If for any reason, merchandise sold by us does not apprise for more than the purchase price by a qualified, certified appraiser, just send it back along with the written appraisal within 7 days, and we will provide a full refund. Any jewelry that has been sized, set, unset or modified by the customer once they have received it is non-returnable. All items must be returned in original condition. The refund will be in the same form the purchase was made. NO returns on special orders.
